There will be no classes on Bank Holiday Mondays.
My mixed ability classes are loosely based around Ashtanga yoga. What is Ashtanga yoga?![]() Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and energetic style of Hatha yoga. It is a set sequence of postures with a strong emphasis on breath and movement. We begin each class with savasana relaxing and grounding the body, then strong posture work (asana) with a greater emphasis on breath and movement followed by breath work (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation. A truly beautiful practice for body and mind.
